This energetic role offers the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout our hotel. As a vital member of our hospitality staff, you will ensure that every room and public space reflects our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment. Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels regularly. Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall floor cleanliness. Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures using industrial cleaning equipment when necessary. Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency and safety. Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing. Familiarity with hotel operations and standards for guest service excellence. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently with appropriate equipment. Excellent custodial skills with attention to detail and high standards of hygiene. Experience managing housekeeping tasks in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts while maintaining energy levels.
