The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory to ensure all necessary materials are available for daily operations. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a sanitary environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed, including training new staff members. Skills Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is an asset. Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in housekeeping management or hotel settings is advantageous but not required.
