Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, weekends required. Position is Thursday - Monday. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces to meet health and safety standards. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed in various settings. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus. Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products is beneficial. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
