The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and cooking as needed. Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring. Execute carpet cleaning procedures to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets. Provide custodial services in both residential and commercial environments, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained. Assist with housekeeping management tasks to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Respond promptly to customer requests and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and sanitation practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
