Ranch Housekeeping Management Team Role Overview:

The Ranch Housekeeping Manager is a pivotal role designed for an experienced professional individual/couple. This position combines high-level organizational oversight with hands-on hospitality, ensuring that every guest experience begins and ends with property excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

Guest House Operations:

Oversee and execute the thorough cleaning, staging, and preparation of guest houses. Ensure all accommodations meet the organization's premium standards.

Inventory & Logistics:

Maintain rigorous tracking and management of all cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and linens. Coordinate ordering and stocking to ensure zero service interruptions.

Laundry Management:

Direct on-site laundry operations, ensuring efficient processing and maintaining strict quality control for all property linens and towels.

Property Oversight:

Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and report on maintenance needs, ensuring the physical integrity and comfort of all guest areas.

Guest Relations:

Assist with Guest Check ins, greeting them and guiding them to the cabins.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong organizational skills with a focus on inventory management and resource allocation. Professional communication style suited for guest-facing interactions and team coordination. Commitment to maintaining a high-density, high-quality service environment in a rural ranch setting. Self-motivated with sharp attention to detail.

Pay:

$30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
