Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Ensure all public areas, hallways, and common spaces are tidy, sanitized, and inviting for guests Handle laundry duties including collecting, washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Follow health and safety protocols diligently to uphold cleanliness standards and prevent contamination Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and supply inventory to support efficient operations Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning equipment and floor care methods Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to cleanliness, guest service, and safety protocols Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks in commercial or industrial settings is advantageous Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in completing assigned tasks effectively Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences through dedicated cleaning excellence!
