We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure that all public areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Change bed linens and towels as required, ensuring that all items are fresh and properly arranged. Restock housekeeping supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management. Requirements Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred; experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide excellent hospitality service. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
