Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rentals, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas according to established standards. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with special cleaning projects as required. Maintain a positive attitude while providing exceptional service to guests. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus. Knowledge of housekeeping management principles can enhance efficiency in the role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
