Office Cleaning: Part time - 1 year exp required

Independent Cleaning Contractor (1099) $20.00 per Hour K&D CleanPro is currently looking for a dependable and detail-oriented independent contractor to join our team. This position services three small accounts and is perfect for someone looking to earn extra income with a flexible schedule.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include general janitorial cleaning such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, wiping surfaces, and ensuring facilities remain clean, sanitized, and presentable. Contractors work independently and are expected to maintain high cleaning standards, reliable attendance, and professional communication.

Schedule:

3 hours every other Thursday evening 2 hours every other weekend 4 hours every 4 weeks (completed over a weekend)

Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and work as self-employed service providers. This position starts with approximately 12 hours per month, with opportunities for more hours in the future for the right candidate.
