Job Description

Room Attendant Compensation:
$16.50 per hour
Shift/Working Hours:
9 AM-5PM Monday- Friday (some weekends) About the role: PrideStaff is partnering with a local hotel to find a dedicated Room Attendant to join their housekeeping team. In this role, you will perform routine cleaning and servicing tasks to ensure hotel guests enjoy a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment.
What you will do:
Clean and service guest rooms by making beds, replacing linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, and emptying trash. Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchen areas (where applicable), and replenish room and bathroom supplies according to established brand standards. Monitor your surroundings to maintain safety and cleanliness, reporting any maintenance issues, room statuses, or lost and found items to management.

Experience & Reliability:
Previous hotel experience is preferred, but 2+ years of customer service experience or a strong ability to perform physical labor with minimal supervision is highly valued.
Communication Skills:
The ability to positively communicate with guests and co-workers, follow schedules, and complete required housekeeping forms.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, handle regular bending, stooping, and reaching, and safely lift up to 40 lbs. What Sets This Opportunity Apart (The Perks!)
