Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team at Oceanana Motel as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout our hotel facilities. Your energetic approach and dedication will ensure every guest experiences a spotless, inviting space that exceeds expectations. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, and applying appropriate cleaning techniques suitable for different surfaces Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to ensure timely repairs Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or similar environments Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks when required with efficiency and safety consciousness Excellent custodial skills with attention to detail and consistency in cleanliness standards Effective time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts Experience in housekeeping management is a plus for supervisory or lead roles Join us in creating memorable stays by delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
