Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Maintain floors through specialized care like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure a pristine appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure smooth daily operations Handle janitorial tasks including waste disposal, sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens, and detailed surface cleaning Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe environment for all Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; hotel or custodial experience is highly valued Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation procedures, and laundry operations Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and other janitorial equipment safely Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Good communication skills to interact effectively with residents, guests, or team members Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
