Description Housekeeper - Beaufort Hotel The Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our Housekeeping team. Housekeepers play an important role in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every guest by ensuring guest rooms and hotel spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active throughout the day, and works well as part of a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner while following hotel standards and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked linen cart throughout each shift Report maintenance concerns or room issues such as lighting, televisions, HVAC units, fixtures, or door locks Maintain security of assigned equipment, keys, and supplies Report lost and found items according to hotel procedures Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner Ensure guest rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards before completion Support overall housekeeping operations and assist team members as needed Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout an entire shift Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Compensation New associates will begin at a training wage of $13.00 - $14.00 per hour , based on experience. Following a 2-4 week training period, associates will transition to a base pay plus incentive structure, with average earnings ranging from $13.00 - $17.00 per hour , depending on individual performance and productivity.
