The Inn at Crestwood is looking for a full-time Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of our guest rooms and common areas. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional stay and experience the warm hospitality for which The Inn at Crestwood is known.

The Job:

A typical day for the Housekeeper includes cleaning guest rooms, refreshing accommodations for arriving guests, maintaining common areas, and ensuring the property meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Job Duties Include :

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to hotel standards Change linens, make beds, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and perform general housekeeping duties throughout the property Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including hallways, stairways, lobby spaces, and event areas Inspect rooms to ensure quality standards are met before guest arrivals Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged items to management promptly Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets as needed Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests Assist with deep-cleaning projects and special event setup or cleanup when needed Collaborate with the General Manager and hotel team to ensure an exceptional guest experience What Would Make Me Successful in This Role? Work Environment:

This job operates throughout a hotel environment, including guest rooms, hallways, stairways, public spaces, and event areas. This position continuously uses housekeeping equipment, cleaning tools, and chemicals and may occasionally be exposed to dust, odors, and cleaning agents.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, reach, twist, pull, push, and climb stairs. The employee must frequently lift, carry, push, pull, or move housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds. This role requires the ability to remain active for extended periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
