Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces with meticulous attention to detail. Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, and polishing. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff. Adhere to health and safety regulations by properly handling cleaning chemicals and maintaining equipment in excellent condition. Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and ensure all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service principles. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
