JOB SUMMARY

Join the NOC team as a Housekeeper in the beautiful Nantahala Gorge. In this role, you ll work as part of a small, supportive team to keep our guest accommodations, offices, and common areas clean, organized, and well maintained each day. As a service-focused position, a friendly and positive attitude toward guests, vendors, and fellow staff members is essential to providing great service and maintaining a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Give exceptional customer service and a smile to all guests and staff Clean cabins, bunk houses and motel rooms, including but not limited to: furniture, beds, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, kitchen equipment, dishes, walls, floors and ceilings Clean all public restrooms, changing rooms, conference rooms, staff restrooms and offices Work with other departments on any special requests for groups or conferences Work efficiently and effectively to complete daily tasks Notify Housekeeping Manager about supply and linen needs Report any maintenance items to Repair and Maintenance or to Housekeeping Manager Other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop and twist Ability to lift 40lbs.
