Cleaning Service Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The House Cleaner will ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings, including offices and facilities. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain the appearance of floors. Carry out carpet cleaning procedures to ensure carpets are well-maintained and free of stains. Maintain custodial supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in kitchen cleaning duties when necessary, including washing dishes or light cooking tasks. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or related field is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and techniques is advantageous. Knowledge of floor care methods and carpet cleaning processes is a plus. Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
