As an Independent Cleaning Contractor, you will have the opportunity to provide top-notch cleaning services across residential and commercial properties. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule while delivering exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards. Your dedication to quality and customer satisfaction will help transform spaces into pristine environments that clients love. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitation of various surfaces in residential and commercial settings Handle laundry, linen changes, and bed-making in hospitality or residential environments Conduct floor care procedures such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and buffing to maintain a polished appearance Manage janitorial responsibilities including waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies Execute outdoor cleaning duties like sweeping walkways, clearing debris, and maintaining outdoor areas when required Use manual handling techniques to lift heavy furniture or equipment safely during deep cleaning projects Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping management Knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards and floor care procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities Strong time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within scheduled windows Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry services and carpet cleaning is preferred Familiarity with custodial practices in hotel or institutional settings is a plus Join us as an Independent Cleaning Contractor and enjoy the freedom to choose your assignments while making a tangible difference in the cleanliness and comfort of our clients' spaces.
