Job Description

The Hotel Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role ensures that all areas meet the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing supplies. Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are maintained to brand and company cleanliness standards. Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor or engineering team. Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Follow established safety and sanitation procedures at all times. Maintain housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and supplies in a clean and organized manner. Assist with laundry operations as needed. Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25-30 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced hospitality environment. Frequent interaction with guests and hotel team members. Requires physical stamina and adherence to safety standards.
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
