Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our guest rooms and public areas. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties to ensure cleanliness throughout the hotel. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing in compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in maintaining cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial work within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is an advantage. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff members. Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and responsibly.
