Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and be the cornerstone of creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential or hospitality spaces, ensuring every detail meets high standards of hygiene and presentation. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the overall satisfaction of residents, guests, or clients, making their experience exceptional every time. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas. Change linens, make beds, and ensure all textiles are fresh and well-maintained. Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets and rugs, sweep and mop floors to uphold cleanliness standards. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, cleaning products, and other essentials as needed. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing or linens. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently. Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively with team members or supervisors. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
