About the Role We believe every role matters, and our Room Attendants are a huge part of what makes our hotel successful. At Hampton Inn & Suites-Asheville Airport, you'll be part of a team that works hard, supports one another, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming experience for every guest. What You'll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Hilton brand standards
- Make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and refresh rooms for arriving guests
- Restock housekeeping carts and report low inventory items
- Report maintenance issues or room damage promptly
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and care
- Work together with your team to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Someone who works well independently and stays motivated
- Friendly, positive attitude with guests and coworkers
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
