Housekeeper/GroundskeeperJob Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper/Groundskeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of the community, including vacant apartment homes, clubhouse areas, and exterior grounds. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Responsibilities Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents Maintain cleanliness of the clubhouse, office, and common areas Pick up trash and debris throughout the property grounds Assist with power washing sidewalks, breezeways, and buildings Perform snow and ice removal during winter weather conditions Complete basic general maintenance tasks as needed Assist maintenance team with property upkeep projects Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns Ensure community appearance standards are maintained daily Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Team-oriented work environment Paid time off and benefits available based on eligibility Schedule Full-Time Some weekends and on-call snow removal may be required Apply Today If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining a clean and beautiful community, we would love to hear from you!
