Willingness to perform routine, repetitive task on a continuous basis and perform tasks despite frequent interruptions. Ability to perform tasks with due respect to the apartment resident. Observe proper cleaning and disinfecting techniques, economical use of supplies, care and use of equipment.

DUTIES:

1. Follows cleaning schedule as outlined. 2. Cleans assigned areas, floors, counter tops, stove top, microwave and outside cabinet doors 3. Dust and polish all furniture and fixtures. 4. Clean and disinfect bathroom including all fixtures, floors, walls, mirrors, etc. 5. Mop kitchen and bathroom floors in the apartments. 6. Cleans linens for dining rooms. 7. Clean and disinfects all public areas including rest rooms, lounge areas, dining rooms, offices, exercise room, porches, breezeways, laundry rooms, and guest rooms. 8. Reports supply and equipment needs to apartment manager for replenishing and repair. 9. Performs other duties as assigned by apartment coordinator. 10. Assist with resident needs as needed
