Candidates should be dependable with exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for creating clean and comfortable rooms to enhance the guest's experience. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required. Duties included striping rooms upon guest's check out, making beds, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and room surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and restocking rooms with required supplies. Property is exterior entrance so applicants should be able to work in all weather conditions and climb stairs. Salary is commensurate with experience. Please apply at the hotel in person. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, following established protocols Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of all surfaces Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly Maintain cleanliness in public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to uphold hotel standards Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel experience is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards in hospitality settings Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and custodial supplies is a plus Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is advantageous but not required A positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join us in delivering exceptional service through meticulous cleanliness!
