This role supports housekeeping operations, performs preventive maintenance tasks, and assists in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Duties Clean and maintain public areas, guest rooms, hallways, meeting spaces, and other hotel facilities. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and perform deep cleaning as needed. Stock and organize housekeeping supplies, linens, and storage areas. Remove trash and assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties. Perform routine preventive maintenance and report safety or maintenance concerns. Set up and break down meeting rooms and keep them guest-ready. Assist other departments as needed, including breakfast service and room inspections. Provide friendly, professional service to guests and respond promptly to requests. Follow all safety, security, and company policies. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift, move furniture, and perform physical tasks. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
