Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The House Cleaner will ensure that all areas are sanitized, organized, and presentable, contributing to a welcoming environment for clients. Duties Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are clean and well-maintained. Carry out floor care duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring. Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces by performing custodial tasks that meet company standards. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with additional tasks such as cooking or organizing spaces when required by clients. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or residential cleaning preferred. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or organization. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting or moving items up to 35 pounds. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for client interactions.
