• Seasonal Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Professional to join our dynamic team.

This role is a key position within the company in the delivery of customer service to our guests and homeowners.

Saturday and Sunday Job Requirements:

• Clean assigned vacation rental properties according to company standards and established cleaning procedures
• Change and properly make beds using company-approved linens and procedures
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and remove debris from all interior areas
• Inspect properties for cleanliness, damage, maintenance concerns, and missing inventory
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, lost-and-found items, and property damage promptly through designated company procedures
• Other tasks and duties as requested

• Ability to manage constant flow of work and communicate clearly via text and phone
• Attention to detail
• Positive 'get it done' attitude Minimum requirements:
• Reliable transportation and report to work on-time
• Ability to use smartphones or mobile applications for scheduling, reporting, and communication

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs and work in multi-level properties.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
