Job Description
Overview Join our team as an Economy Inn Front Desk and Housekeeping Associate, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests and ensuring their stay is enjoyable. This role combines front desk responsibilities with housekeeping duties, offering a lively environment that values hospitality and guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests, check them in and out, and address any inquiries. Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area. Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, bathroom sanitation, and bed-making to ensure guest rooms are inviting. Care for floors through sweeping and mopping. Assist with general janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring common areas are tidy and well-maintained. Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to identify cleaning needs or maintenance issues. Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk, housekeeping or custodial roles is desirable. Computer experience is not required. We will provide training.
