Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface polishing to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and applying appropriate treatments to different flooring types. Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens meticulously to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met or exceeded. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific cleaning needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage janitorial tasks including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition. Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning or deep sanitation to meet client requests or seasonal needs. Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is highly preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Knowledge of janitorial equipment operation and maintenance. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and handling cleaning tools efficiently. Experience with carpet cleaning or housekeeper management is advantageous but not mandatory.
