Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces by performing routine cleaning duties. Ensure all laundry supplies are stocked and properly stored for smooth daily operations. Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and laundry equipment to prevent accidents. Assist with special requests from guests or staff related to laundry or housekeeping needs promptly and professionally. Conduct quality checks on cleaned items to ensure they meet our high standards before returning them to storage or guests. Skills Proven experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, including proper use of cleaning agents and equipment. Familiarity with dry cleaning processes and equipment operation. Strong attention to detail to ensure all linens and spaces are spotless and well-maintained. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond effectively to guest requests.
