Housekeeper

At Village Realty we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences across our vacation rental properties. We are looking for dedicated housekeeping professionals to join our team for this upcoming season. As a dedicated cleaner your responsibilities will be to perform the following duties. Clean and sanitize all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Change linens and make beds Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces Wash and put away dishes, take out trash, and restock basic supplies Report and damages, maintenance needs, or missing items to management Ensure properties met cleanliness standards before guest check in Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests or staff Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable transportation Must be able to work weekends, holidays and turnover days (typically Saturdays) Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and handle physical work (bending and standing) Ability to navigate stairs and climb ladders to access various areas of the properties, including attics, roofs, and high shelves Ability to work both indoors and outdoors frequently, adapting to varying temperatures, including hot and cold weather conditions.
