Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Carry out floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain an organized cleaning cart and ensure all equipment is in good working condition. Assist with laundry duties as required, ensuring linens are cleaned and folded properly. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to meet the needs of guests efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous custodial experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
