Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team! Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces, ensuring high standards of sanitation and cleanliness Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless and safe Use proper janitorial supplies and equipment to disinfect surfaces, sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Manage residential or commercial cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks without disruption Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential homes, hotels, or commercial environments is highly desirable Proven background in residential cleaning with attention to detail and efficiency Experience with hotel housekeeping procedures or hospitality industry standards is a plus Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods such as waxing or polishing is preferred Familiarity with sanitation protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals to ensure safety and compliance Previous roles involving laundry services or housekeeper management will be considered advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude Join us in creating clean, welcoming spaces that make a difference every day!
