Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained maintain supplies Resolve guest complaints Work with other departments to ensure that the hotel is running smoothly Train and develop staff Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in hotel housekeeping Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
