Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Assistant/Housekeeper, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our Club clean, safe, and well-maintained. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and functioning smoothly. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across various areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high cleanliness standards. Conduct routine duties such as restroom and locker room cleaning, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Support facilities maintenance by identifying repair needs, reporting issues promptly, and assisting with light repairs or painting projects as needed. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, offices, restrooms, locker rooms and all outside areas. Follow safety procedures during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment. Requirements Proven experience in facility cleaning, housekeeping and/or janitorial service. Light maintenance experience required. Ability to perform painting or minor repair tasks. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and some evenings.
