Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting. Care for floors using appropriate techniques such as carpet cleaning or floor polishing to ensure a pristine appearance. Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with special cleaning projects including industrial or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize tasks efficiently and maintain smooth daily operations. Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably within hospitality or hotel environments. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies; previous housekeeping management experience is a plus.
