Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Maids to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellence will ensure guests enjoy a spotless, welcoming environment that exceeds expectations. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality, janitorial services, and industrial cleaning while contributing to a positive guest experience. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors and fixtures Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels with care and efficiency Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment while maintaining a safe workspace Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or areas needing extra attention and report them promptly Support other housekeeping or janitorial staff during busy periods or special projects as needed Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial services or custodial work is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and stripping floors Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies used in hospitality or commercial settings Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
