Responsibilities Operate laundry equipment efficiently to wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and guest clothing with care and precision Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards Handle dry cleaning processes for delicate garments when required, ensuring proper treatment and care Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens to maintain guest comfort and room readiness Follow safety protocols during cleaning and laundry procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and laundry detergents to ensure continuous availability Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and deliver prompt service that exceeds guest expectations Qualifications Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong knowledge of laundry techniques, including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently Excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation Good communication skills and a positive attitude to work effectively within a team environment Commitment to maintaining hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations Embark on a fulfilling career where your efforts directly enhance guest satisfaction!
