- You MUST live east or north of North Raleigh.
- You must have your own reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in your name. This is a driving role. You will drive your own vehicle between homes every day.
- You must have a clean driving record. We cannot hire anyone with a reckless driving, DUI, DWI, or speeding 20 over the limit charge in the last 5 years.
- You must pass a background check. Any theft or larceny on your record is an automatic no, no exceptions. This is an insurance carrier requirement, not our preference.
- You must speak and write fluent English. You will be in customer homes and communicating with the office throughout the day.
- You must be available Monday through Friday during the day.

- $22 per Allowed Hour once fully trained.
- $25 per Allowed Hour when training a new hire or performing a deep clean.
- Paid training at $20 per hour when cleaning from day one. (Training 5 to 7 days.)
- Weekly pay. Every Friday.
- Mileage reimbursed at 67 cents per mile between jobs after training.
- Tips are 100 percent yours.
