Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene. Handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Assist with custodial responsibilities like window washing and carpet cleaning. Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for fixtures or equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed during cleaning procedures. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial or residential cleaning practices. Familiarity with custodial equipment and supplies along with the ability to operate them safely and efficiently. Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred for handling diverse environments. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety procedures and maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
