Who we are Surf or Sound Realty is a premier property management and real estate sales company located on Hatteras Island, North Carolina . Since 1978, we have grown to manage 600+ vacation homes, welcoming more than 100,000 guests and 12,000 reservations annually. Our locally owned and operated company has taken care of Hatteras Island vacation rental homeowners and vacationers for over 45 years. Throughout our journey, we have accumulated decades of experience in managing homes exclusively on Hatteras Island. Our commitment to excellence and personalized services has made us a trusted name in the industry. Overview As a Cleaner at Surf or Sound Realty, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization essential for our vacation rental properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving to Hatteras Island and performing all housekeeping functions to ensure the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department meet or exceed our established standards.Minimum Requirements:
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
(state ID is not a drivers license)- Reliable non-public transportation to drive to Hatteras Island
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pound s WHILE climbing steps, standing, bending, stooping and squatting
- Ability to work 6am-6pm every Saturday through the remainder of the season
- High level of attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Preferred Qualifications:
