In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across a variety of client spaces. Your enthusiasm for creating spotless environments will help ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our reputation for quality service. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your cleaning expertise while making a positive impact on clients' daily lives. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure high standards of cleanliness Manage laundry duties including folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed Maintain proper sanitation protocols in kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch areas to promote health and safety Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during each visit Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas meet company standards and client expectations Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety guidelines and procedures Qualifications Must have a valid drivers license, auto insurance & reliable transportation to use for traveling to and from client's homes. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screens (initial & random). Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation practices Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to work independently and as a team with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with integrity.
