Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies. Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels according to established standards. Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and deep cleaning carpets to preserve the appearance and safety of all flooring surfaces. Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and other supplies to meet guest expectations consistently. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize tasks and maintain a smooth workflow throughout shifts. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hospitality or industrial settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, surface sanitation, and use of cleaning equipment. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for delivering excellent service is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
