In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. Your energetic approach and dedication will contribute to creating memorable stays for every guest. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain cleanliness of all public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels in accordance with hotel standards. Inspect rooms and facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly for resolution. Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Support floor care activities such as stripping, waxing, polishing floors, and deep cleaning carpets to maintain a polished appearance. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely room turnover and uphold the hotel's hospitality standards. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; experience in industrial or janitorial cleaning is a plus. Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is advantageous but not required.
