Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning and a strong background in hospitality or custodial services. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a welcoming environment. Carry out floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and stored properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-maintained. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain health and safety standards. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or hospitality settings. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
