Housekeeper

Housekeeper/Housekeeping Shifts available: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm, some weekends to work events Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, some weekends to work events. National Management Resources has provided facilities management services for over 40 years. We work in educational settings, including K-12 facilities, boarding schools, colleges, and universities all over the country. We offer competitive wages. We are looking for a housekeeper to perform general cleaning activities.

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

Cleans and services campus facilities. Washes sinks and other plumbing fixtures and replaces disposables such as paper towels, soap, sanitizer, and toilet paper. Sweeps and mops floors. Periodically cleans and/or polishes floors using buffing machines. Vacuums, spot cleans, or shampoos carpets when assigned. Dusts, cleans, and polishes furniture. Collects and transports trash, cleans and relines trash containers with plastic bags. Completes all cleaning and preparation of student rooms during summer turnover. Performs other duties as assigned.

Housekeeping Qualifications:

Have a valid driver's license Lift objects (up to 25 pounds) Climb stairs Stand or walk for long periods of time. Sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Work occasionally in an outdoor environment, with exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures. Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check is required for employment.
