Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Manage laundry services efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces Uphold sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally Assist with janitorial tasks such as waste removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Support housekeeping management in inventory control and reporting maintenance needs or safety hazards Requirements Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety protocols in cleaning environments Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Experience with laundry services and managing cleaning supplies efficiently Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus; certification in housecleaning or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous Join us to bring cleanliness to life!
