Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Professional and play a vital role in maintaining pristine, welcoming environments across residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Manage floor care tasks such as polishing, buffing, carpet cleaning, and stain removal to uphold high standards of cleanliness Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote health and safety Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally during service visits Execute janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including inventory checks and reporting maintenance needs Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable Skills in floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing are preferred Knowledge of sanitation procedures and proper use of cleaning products to ensure safety and effectiveness Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and maneuvering cleaning equipment Experience with laundry operations or housekeeper management is a plus Basic familiarity with janitorial equipment and supplies; certifications in cleaning or custodial services are advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into spotless sanctuaries!
