Professional Residential House Cleaner

Kristin's Cleaning is a locally owned residential cleaning company in Lincoln that focuses on recurring service and long-term client relationships. We are currently hiring reliable solo cleaners who enjoy working independently, staying active, and taking pride in their work. This is a daytime weekday position with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

What We Offer:

Pay Structure:

Paid training at $16/hour Most training periods last approximately 3-4 weeks After training, cleaners transition to percentage-based pay as solo cleaners Most established solo cleaners currently earn approximately $22-26/hour equivalent depending on speed, reliability, attendance, and schedule Weekly attendance bonuses available after your first 30 days About the

Our cleaners typically work independently and clean many of the same homes on a recurring basis. We are not a large franchise sending random teams to different houses every day. We focus on consistency, reliability, and building long-term relationships with our clients.
